Sequel to Stop Violence, Asif Ali in the lead

Sequel for yesteryear hit films is always a safe option for the makers since it will generate the much needed hype for the movie in it's own way mainly due to the popularity that the original film possess among the audience. Yet another movie, which is a sequel is now all set to get started.

A new Malayalam movie, titled as Asuravithu is now all set to begin with Young star Asif Ali and Samvrutha Sunil in the lead roles. This new Malayalam film Asuravithu is a continuation to the old Malayalam film Stop Violence that featured Bigstar Prithviraj in the lead. Hero of this film, Asif Ali is characterized as the son of Sathan(prithviraj's name in Stop Violence).

In this film Asuravithu, Asif Ali will enact the role of a priest, Don Bosco, who was forced to change his life style due to some unexpected happenings in his life. Just like it's prequel, this new Malayalam movie Asuravithu too will be scripted as well as directed by A K Sajan. Apart from Stop Violence, he had directed Lanka and have scripted for numerous films like Nadia Kollapetta Rathri, Chinthamani Kolacase, Red Chillies, Drona etc.

It should be noted that this new Malayalam movie will not feature Prithviraj in it and have already started it's shooting @ kochi. Apart from the lead pairs, Asuravithu will also feature Biju Menon, Nivin Polly, Jagathy, Vijayaraghavan, Vijayakumar, Kalabhavan Mani etc and this new film is being produced by the Leela Productions.
