Veteran director in Malayalam film industry, Lal Jose is now all set to start his new Malayalam movie which is to be shot entirely at Spain is titled as Spanish Masala. This new Malayalam movie Spanish Masala features Janapriya Naayakan Dileep in the lead role. Spanish Masala is scripted by Benny P Naayarambalam.

This new film Spanish Masala also features Kunchakko Boban in a pominent role. The other major highlight of this new Malayalam film will be that the director will present a Spanish beauty to don the lead opposite to Dileep. Sathish Kurup, the cameraman of Anwar will be the cinematographer of Spanish Masala, which is now planned to start by the month of July.

Spanish Masala is being produced by Naushad under the banner of Big Screen Entertainments. The team of Lal Jose - Dileep - Benny P Naayarambalam were last joined together for the film Chandupottu, which was a super hit.
