Mammootty & Suresh Gopi together in 'The King & The Commisioner'

A new Malayalam movie, that will feature two of the most celebrated characters from the past is in it's making. Yes, new malayalam movie The King & The Commisioner will bring back the powerful Joseph Alex IAS from the movie The King and Bharathchandran IPS from the movie The Commisoner. As in the original, this new film will also feature both Megastar Mammootty and Action hero Suresh Gopi in those respective roles.

Both these films, The King as well as The Commisioner were bumber hits and now they are a part of the malayalam film industry. Just like the previous films, this new film will be directed by Shaji Kailas and scripted by Renji Panicker. This new film The King & The Commisioner is produced by Anto Joseph and will be distributed by Mammootty's own distribution company, Playhouse.

The film which have already started its shooting is currently progressing @ kochi in a brisk pace. Apart from kochi, this new film will also be shot at the locations like Delhi, Calicut and Trivandrum.
